He is an ordained minister in the <a href="http://www.wesleyan.org">Wesleyan Church</a> and a graduate of <a href="http://www.indwes.edu">Indiana Wesleyan University</a> and Princeton Theological Seminary. John has presented papers at the <a href="http://wesley.nnu.edu/wts">Wesleyan Theological Society<a> and has had articles and reviews published in <i>Theology Today</i>, <i>Wesleyan Theological Journal</i>, <i>Reviews in Religion & Theology</i> and <i>Koinonia Journal</i>. In addition to his studies, John is an Adjunct Professor of Bible and Theology at <a href="http://www.somerset.edu">Somerset Christian College</a>. He is married to <a href="http://amandajdrury.blogspot.com">Amanda Drury</a>, a youth pastor at <a href="http://www.doylestownumc.org">Doylestown United Methodist Church</a>.
